Other important terms

If we are going to grant you an exemption, or waive a default by you in certain circumstances, we will only do so in writing. Our acceptance of a breach in a specific set of circumstances does not mean that we will automatically waive any later default or failure by you.

We may notify you for any reason that your right to use the EMLRA website is being terminated and will give reasonable notice to download your information before your access is locked. If you breach any of these terms, we may notify you that termination is immediate. Each of the conditions of these terms operates separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain in full force and effect.
